About Us

Lembaga Pengembangan Manajemen dan Bisnis (LPMB) is a prestigious institution under the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. Established to uphold the Tri Dharma of Higher Education—education, research, and community service—LPMB has been dedicated to advancing management and business studies in Indonesia since its inception.
 
Originally founded as Pusat Manajemen dan Pengembangan (PMP) in 1975, it evolved into Pusat Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Manajemen (P3M FE UNAIR) from 1997 to 2003, and since 2003, it has operated as LPMB. Our commitment is to prepare Indonesian businesses and professionals for the challenges of globalization through innovative research, training, and consulting services.
